AVG Free 2012 which updated the scan continues to passionately focus on performance, but struggled to slow down your boot time and too many false positives.

ra a never-ending sung by security vendor suite sounds a lot like "scan faster, easier to use, better performance," and AVG has released a new version is said to finish third. Of course, scan faster, it installs faster, and some tweaks to the interface have made it easier to see. Two new core security changes will make you more secure too,

Installation
We found that this program can go from download to finish ready for use in about 5 minutes.
Last year, the AVG installation screen reduces the amount of 13-5. This year, the process continues to be short, but savvy users will want to be careful of several things. First, if you have a browser open when installing, AVG will not warn you before forced to close. Second, your opt-in for the AVG Security Toolbar and change the default Search Safe search engines. Users who opt out of installing the toolbar but want will be necessary to rerun the installer to get it.
On the polite, AVG did not pick you in a automated test AVG Internet Security. By starting from the zero position, you are required to actively choose to install AVG Free or 30-day trial of AVG Internet Security. So the installation procedure is a bit of crapshoot this year, better in some ways than last year, but no change in others.

Interfaces
Changes at the interface of AVG in the 2011 version is a small but actually quite a bit of enhanced usability. This year, tweak even less clear. Not much different than repeating the icons on the main interface so they're easier on your eyes.

There is a one-click Fix to automatically fix security breaches that appear at the top along with a yellow X when your system's security has been compromised. Disappear when you get your system a clean bill of health.
Joined with one-click Update button on the nav side is the one-click Scan Now. There is a clean look for the nav, too, with bigger fonts and timestamps for the latest scans and updates.
AVG has put an icon for the security component in the center panel. Double click on one to access more information and basic configuration settings for any particular tool. Advanced settings are available on the Tools on the menu bar at the top of the window.
The new interface changes are small, no doubt, but they make it easier to use AVG.
